Tony- Thanks! I'm going to do my best to share tips that will hopefully keep unfavorable verdicts to a minimum. It's one thing to do everything right but still lose a difficult case. Although tough to swallow, most clients and trial lawyers can live with this. It's another thing altogether to watch a lawyer lose a very winnable case because he's either unprepared or doesn't know the right way to try his case. That result CAN be avoided and that's one of the reasons I've put this trial tips video blog together. Next week I'll be sharing with you one of my favorite "tips"!

Mitch, Great tip. David Ball gets touted . I like your stuff better. I don't think David ever tried a case. I know you have . Its one of the most rewarding things a lawyer can do . Exhilarating when the verdict goes your way and depressing when it doesn't. Tony
